DESIGN SERVICES

Our art consultants have over 20 years of design experience. We not only provide you with an art programs tailored specifically to your needs, we also help to create healing healthcare environments though the use of appropriate images. Currently we have completed art programs fro military, healthcare and government facilities worldwide.

The principle officers of Creative are experienced environmental graphics designers. This discipline, which marries graphic and industrial design with behavioral science, has enabled us to design scores of distinctive systems throughout North America and abroad.

In addition, we have designed and written comprehensive signage graphic standards manuals for a number of large institutions. Up-to-date data processing and design technology are integrated into our on-site signage design program, studio planning, programming and follow-through design activities.

Signage system design inherently implies a myriad of details and many hours of on-site interview activities in addition to the actual studio design time. We take pride in our reputation as worldwide leaders in this field.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

The Creative team has grown and evolved over the years into a total art & signage resource. Most of our production processes are performed in our Washington, DC area plant. Various in-house techniques include screen-printing, engraving, vinyl die-cutting, custom hand art, and fabricated wood, plastic and metal components. State-of-the-art digitized typesetting, photo scanning and plotting are exciting new technologies in which we have recently invested.

Creative is a leader in designing and developing both interior and exterior signage systems. Whether the project requires ADA compliant room ID, directionals and way finding devices, or large illuminated pylons and letters on the exterior of a building, we are the universal source that government clients can rely on to execute the job and follow through properly.

In addition, we provide low-level emergency evacuation systems including photoluminescent markings and evacuation plans. These items are distributed on contract through, Egress Systems, LLC. We also offer framed artwork and artificial plants through our sister company CREATIVE POSTERS (separate GSA Contract).

INSTALLATION

Creative maintains its own installation department manned with experienced, top quality mechanics knowledgeable in all fields of art and signage installation, both exterior and interior. Our installers have reputations of thoroughness and commitment from clients as near as Washington, DC and as far away as Japan or Europe.

GSA CONTRACT

Our GSA schedule contract #GS-0F-0087K covering every conceivable signage and emergency egress product, enables us to serve the federal government as a convenient source for all necessary sign components (GS-07F-0087K). Our companion company, Creative Posters, Inc.(d.b.a. Creative Art & Signage) with over 8000 art images to choose from, is also on GSA schedule (contract #GS-03F-5098C).
